With this machine you can fry every kind of food like croquettes, nuggets, potatoes, falafels, burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, vegetables, fish , churros, almonds, ...) without blending the flavors.
Additionally any kind of dessert. (churros, fried milk, bagels, donuts,...).
It means fresh food, frozen, sweet or salty food.
Thanks to an advanced filter system the food leaves completely drained without oil inside. The quality of frying is exceptional.

It is a fully automatic machine: pour the product in the inbox, press the button of the corresponding program and we get automatically by the output tray product. No kitchen or cook. No wasted product. It does not require more staff.

You can make both large and small portions:
- Big Servings: 650 grs product and another portion on hold.
- Small servings: two servings at a time of 300 or 350 grams and a third on standby, thus frying times are minimized. Furthermore, we can fry two different products, for example, and shrimp fritters, without their flavors to blend.
- Pochado mode: to fry between 120 and 130 degrees.
The machine has a year warranty. The measures are 60 * 50 * 75 (width * deep * high) with 3.9KW of power and only requires a socket. It is a machine that both can go in the kitchen, in a bar or in a backslash.
