Sure, but which type? What do I need it for?? Where I'm going to use it? What production capacity do I need? Where am I going to park it? Who and how is going to manage it?????

In our recent life as "CLUB" and more than 300 times, it is what they have asked us 100% of customers and 95% did not know wha they wanted

Just few of them know what is a "VEHICULO HISTORICO" regulation.

And what is that? To make it simple, it's a vehicle (Car, truck or trialer) over 25 years old.

Now for sure you are thinking about the famouse CITROEN HY.

These beauties, famous in the 50s in France have given the stroke in this new trend of street food in SPAIN.

In Spain, when you import a car with more than 25 years, we are only allowed to register it as a historical.

That's why so many questions bring up about this vehicle
Where and how I can use it?

Firstly you should read the regulation of "VEHICULO HISTORICO":

IMPORTANT: a HISTORIC VEHICLE will never be classified as a commercial vehicle and that is precisely what we need.

What means that we can't do any comercial activity with an historic vehicle.

You need to know that if you choose to invest in a CITROEN HY, remember that without the registration, you may drive it, but you can never enter a kitchen inside. If you do not register it, you can not drive with it but if you can make into whatever you want, amoldándote always the health standards of your province for restoration (ground temperature chamber, double sink temperature, kills insects ....)

And in this is the most common case .... How do you move it? Thought a crane or a trailer. No more mystery, tha's it.

TIMING?
Around 2 or 3 months:

Transportation: 1 week
Inspection: 2-3 days
Ordering parts: 1 weel
Seeting, cleaning, blasting if necessary: 1 week
Painting: 1 week
Labeling: 1-2 días.
If you want to register it: 1 week, itv, taxes, transferencia, plates.
Incidentals: another week week.

Other choice is the Plan B, which is what we recommend, is the implementation of the kitchen in a modern vehicle. We understand how this a vehicle with less than 25 years, which in the short term will allow us to spend the ITV as a commercial vehicle.

New or secondhand: We work according to your budget.

Remember that very few sites SPAIN is authorized the public via STREET FOOD. You will play fight at your local town hall.

In private events will have no problem as long if you provided you meet health standards and type CATERING restorer, insurance number and other requirements.
